sepakat bangun industri cairan INFUS

Pemerintah Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan (SulSel) dan Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Bantaeng menyepakati pembangunan industri cairan infus yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Eremerasa Kabupaten Bantaeng. Kesepakatan tersebut dituangkan dalam bentuk penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman antara kedua belah pihak yang dilakukan Gubernur SulSel (Syahrul Yasin Limpo) dan Bupati Bantaeng (H. M. Nurdin Abdullah). Penandatanganan Naskah Kesepahaman yang berlangsung di Baruga Sangiaseri Makassar, Senin 22 Maret 2010 tersebut disaksikan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Prop. SulSel (dr. Rachmat Latief), Dirut Perusda SulSel (Haris Hody), Asisten Bidang Ekonomi Pembangunan Bantaeng (H. M. Yasin), Kepala Bappeda Bantaeng (Zainuddin Tahir), Kadiskes Bantaeng (dr. Hj. Takudaeng), Direktur RSUD Prof. DR. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu (dr. H. M. Syafruddin Nurdin, M.Kes) dan sejumlah pejabat lingkup Pemprop. SulSel dan Bantaeng.
Kadiskes SulSel mengatakan, kesepakatan diraih setelah melalui studi kerja ke PT. Otsuka Indonesia di Lawang Jatim, membuat feasibility study untuk menentukan jenis industri farmasi yang sesuai, membuat rencana anggaran, membentuk tim kerja hingga tahap pelaksanaan. Ia juga mengatakan, pembangunan industri farmasi cairan infus di SulSel merupakan rencana strategis Gubernur SulSel di bidang kesehatan. Kehadiran industri ini diharapkan membawa dampak terhadap perekonomian daerah khususnya peningkatan pendapatan daerah melalui sektor perpajakan.
Selain itu, akan membuka peluang bagi tenaga kerja dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan sekaligus memenuhi kebutuhan obat di Indonesia yang mempunyai pangsa pasar 2,5 miliar dolar, terutama di kawasan timur Indonesia dan secara khusus di SulSel. Masih menurut Kadiskes SulSel, dengan diberlakukannya harmonisasi sistem peredaran obat dan standar pembuatan obat yang baik di kawasan Asean sejak 2008, akan membuka peluang besar. Tak hanya pada pasar domestik tapi juga pasar global Asean sekaligus menunjang program pelayanan kesehatan gratis yan ditetapkan Pemprop. SulSel, khususnya dalam pengadaan serta penyediaan obat yang aman, bermutu, merata serta mudah diperoleh masyarakat dengan harga terjangkau.
Gubernur SulSel mengatakan, pembangunan industri cairan infus yang akan menelan investasi Rp 21 Miliar ini merupakan bagian dari mimpi untuk menjadikan SulSel sebagai Propinsi yang unggul dan diperhitungkan. Menurut Syahrul, masalah kesehatan dan pendidikan mendapat perhatian serius karena hanya dengan pendidikan, kita bisa maju. Namun tanpa kesehatan juga tak ada artinya yang kita lakukan. Salah satu kebutuhan tersebut adalah cairan infus yang di SulSel dibutuhkan 5.250.000 botol/tahun atau sekitar 10 juta botol/tahun di kawasan timur Indonesia.
Cairan infus ini, dibutuhkan semua pihak. Karena itu, kita ingin bila kita sakit tersedia fasilitas kesehatan dan obatnya. Saya merindukan, kelak suatu saat SulSel memiliki rumah sakit yang luar biasa, ada fasilitas umum seperti KAREBOSI di tengah laut, ada istana di luar Jawa yang ada di Makassar serta kereta api dari Parepare, urainya. Itulah sebabnya, Pemprop. juga sudah membangun industri kaporit di Jeneponto yang sebelumnya kita datangkan dari Surabaya, bahkan impor. Bodohnya kita bila hal itu sebenarnya bisa kita bangun lalu kita impor. Kalau orang lain bisa, kenapa kita tidak, tandasnya.
Sebelumnya, Bupati Bantaeng melaporkan perkembangan pembangunan di wilayah kerjanya yang sudah berhasil melakukan ekspor produk perikanan melalui PT. Global Seafood International Indonesia (GSII), ekspor biji kapuk dan akan disusul ekspor talas. Nurdin menyambut baik kesepakatan pembangunan industri farmasi di wilayahnya. Ini sangat sesuai sebab air yang akan diolah menjadi cairan infus di Kecamatan Eremerasa memiliki NTU 0,0%. Melalui pemanfaatan potensi air ini diharapkan akan lebih berdaya saing tinggi, terang Bupati Bantaeng.

154.015 Pohon ditanam di Bonthain

Hari ini puncak kegiatan penanaman pohon dilaksanakan di Sulawesi Selatan. Merupakan rangkaian penanaman DUA JUTA Pohon se-Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk wilayah Bonthain dilaksanakan penanaman sebanyak 154.015 pohon. Jumlah tersebut tersebar pada 67 Desa dan Kelurahan di 8 Kecamatan se-Kabupaten Bantaeng. Kerja bakti massal dalam bentuk penanaman pohon sebagai rangkaian penanaman pohon se-Sulawesi Selatan yang dipusatkan di Kabupaten Pangkep tersebut, untuk tingkat Kabupaten Bantaeng dipusatkan di Cekdam Balang Sikuyu, Kelurahan Karatuang, Kecamatan Bantaeng. Di kawasan tersebut ditanam 7000 pohon jenis Mahoni. Sedang di tempat lainnya ditanam Sengon, Gemelina dan Tanaman produktif seperti Kakao, Kopi, Cengkeh serta Tanaman Multi lainnya.
Bupati Bantaeng menyambut baik kesediaan masyarakat termasuk Warga Peduli Lingkungan (Wapel) yang memberi dukungan terhadap penanaman pohon tersebut. Meski penanaman ini bukan kali pertama karena sudah dilakukan program Sabtu Menanam sejak Nurdin memimpin Bonthain. Namun ia berharap konsistensi dari semua pihak untuk memelihara pohon yang sudah ditanam tersebut.
Menanam itu mudah, namun memeliharanya diharapkan konsistensi dari semua pihak agar pohon yang ditanam tersebut bisa tumbuh sesuai harapan, pintanya. Bupati Bantaeng mengatakan, hutan Indonesia merupakan Paru-paru Dunia bersama hutan yang ada di Brasil. Bila tidak dipelihara, maka akan menjadi ancaman kita semua terutama warga Kota Bonthain.
Ketika hutan habis dan hujan turun ditambah air pasang, maka Bonthain akan tenggelam. Karena itu, mari kita jaga hutan kita dan mengembalikan sesuai fungsinya, tandasnya. Masih menurut Nurdin Abdullah, salah satu penyangga yang dibuat Pemda adalah dengan membangun cekdam. Pembangunan ini dilakukan tepat pada alur sungai yang sering mensuplai air dan menjadi penyebab banjir di Kota Bonthain. Melalui cekdam ini tak hanya mencegah banjir, tapi juga berfungsi sebagai cadangan air pada musim kemarau dan menjadi sumber ikan air tawar sekaligus berfungsi sebagai tempat rekreasi.
Sebelumnya, Ketua Panitia (Syamsu Rijal) melaporkan kegiatan penanaman pohon juga akan disertai penebaran ikan serta transplantasi karang.yang serentak dilakukan di Sulawesi Selatan dan dipusatkan di Kabupaten Pangkep. Syamsu Rijal yang juga Sekretaris Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Bantaeng, menerangkan bahwa selain untuk penilaian Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI), juga diharapkan menjadi Hutan Tangkapan Hujan.

Di salah satu sudut jalan kota Bantaeng, terpampang sebuah baliho bertuliskan Bantaeng Green dengan segala pernak-pernik di dalamnya. Black Community and Black In News of Bonthain pengen menjelaskan, kenapa Baliho Design by. Ambae.exe ini bisa hadir disana.
Baliho hasil kerja sama Ambae.exe dan PT. Telkom Cabang Bantaeng merupakan wujud dukungan kedua pihak terhadap program Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantaeng. Program dimaksud adalah Bantaeng GREEN. Pencanangan oleh Bupati Bantaeng pada beberapa point yakni Jum'at Bersih, Sabtu Menanam dan Minggu Sehat. Pada hari Jum'at, seluruh masyarakat Bantaeng bersama-sama dengan PNS lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantaeng melaksanakan bersih-bersih di tiap sudut kota Bantaeng. Termasuk wilayah pasar, pertokoan, jalan, kantor dan pemukiman. Selanjutnya pada hari Sabtu dilakukan penanaman pohon di beberapa lokasi secara berkelanjutan. Dan pada hari Minggu, kembali sebuah seremonial dilaksanakan yakni Senam Aerobik yang dipusatkan di Pantai Seruni bagian Barat (lokasi Seruni of Culinary on Bonthain).
Program Bantaeng GREEN merupakan turunan dari program Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan berupa SulSel Go Green dan oleh Pusat dinamai Go Green Indonesia. Program berkesinambungan hingga ke tingkat paling bawah dalam struktur Pemerintahan negara ini dalam rangka STOP GLOBAL WARMING.
Kenapa harus dicanangkan........................................???
Selama ini masyarakat semakin lupa dan hilang kesadaran akan arti pentingnya lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, asri, nyaman dan banyak banget slogan lainnya yang sering mengisi papan informasi Tim Penggerak PKK. Ada yang berpendapat "Untuk apa semua slogan tersebut jika hanya berupa ungkapan semata tanpa realisasi dan aplikasi". Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantaeng terus menggelorakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan dalam rangka mewujudkan slogan dimaksud. Dengan penanaman pohon tiap Sabtu di wilayah BONTHAIN, diharapkan mampu menciptakan paru-paru kota. Sehingga nantinya area gersang nan tandus dapat dikurangi. Sekaligus mengurangi bahaya erosi dan longsor yang kerap terjadi di Bantaeng.
Di samping Ambae.exe dan PT. Telkom, tak ketinggalan sebuah komunitas yang menamakan dirinya LSM Biru Hijau di bawah naungan Nusa Biru Group. Black Community ini giat melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan erat dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Sementara komunitas lainnya menamakan dirinya Baling-baling Adventure Team (BAT), salah satu organisasi Pecinta Alam yang mengambil Base Camp di Baling-baling Resaturant and Cafe. Organisasi ini pun aktif dalam kegiatan serupa. Untuk menyemangati program Go Green ini, band berjuluk B Gallery Band menciptakan sebuah lagu dengan tema lingkungan with title song Save Our Green. Lagu ini telah menginspirasi Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia sebagai Lagu Lingkungan Hidup bersama lagu lainnya berjudul Sepeda.
Selain komunitas di atas, ada lagi yang menamakan dirinya Duta Lingkungan dan Duta Pariwisata. Kerja sama beberapa pihak dalam usaha melestarikan lingkungan hidup di Butta Toa ini mendapat Blackinnovationawards dari Bupati Bantaeng yang bertindak mewakili Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantaeng.

Satu hal penting bahwa dengan dipajangnya baliho di perempatan Jl. Raya Lanto, Jl. Teratai dan Jl. Teratai, dapat menggugah jiwa masyarakat untuk peduli terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Lingkungan yang sehat dan asri adalah dambaan setiap masyarakat yang menjadi penghuni bumi ini.

Food Crops
Total wet land paddy area of Bantaeng Regency in 2006 reached 13,023 Ha approximately. This area is still relatively small if compared to potencies of land that have not been cultivated that reached 19,775 Ha. However, the regency has been capable to become rice-self sufficient region. In 2009 farmers in Bantaeng Regency has started to develop Mekongga paddy variety in Legowo system. The outcome is very promising, namely around 9-10 ton/ha. Besides paddy, production of other competitive commodities like corn, cassava, sweet potato also shows significant production improvement.
Seen from the production, market potential as well as availability of land, food crops commodities which are prospective to develop is corn and its processing products. Opportunities that investors can tap include acailability of production facilities and post-harvest processing facilities (dryer, warehouse, silo), thee big market demand from other regions for corn (Pare-pare, Sidenreng Rappang, Makassar) for poultry industry, processed products (snack, marning or fried corn, corn powder and others), the drop of World’s supply of corn commodity form producers (the United States and China) and the development of national food and non food industry that use corn as their raw material.
Horticulture Crops
For vegetable, among competitive products from Bantaeng Regency include carrot, potato and cabbage. Demand from customers for these vegetables is very high, not only consumers from Bantaeng and its surrounding region, but also from makassar City. While kinds of competitive fruits developed in the regency include mango, banana, strawberry and keprok orange. In 2009 apple fruit starts to be developed in Muntea mountain area. It is expected that in the next 3 years the apple crops will start to produce fruit.
The most prospective investment opportunities available for investors include development of potato commodity, either in seed from or potato for cunsumption as well as processed products. Development of potato seed in Bantaeng Regency is carried out through network culture under aero phonic system. Opportunities that investors can tap are, among others, availability of pest control technology as well as post harvest technology, there is a large company which is willing to cooperate (PT. Indofood Tbk.), demand for potato commodity is still very high, especially from Kalimantan, availability potato processing technology (potato chip), the development of food processing industry that use potato as the raw material (bread and cake industry) and the development of hotel and restaurants in Makassar City as one of the main market for potato commodity.
Plantation
Bantaeng Regency has huge potencies for development of plantation commodities. Total Plantation area that have been developed reaches 370,652 Ha. A Number of plantation commodities like Robusta Coffee, Arabica Coffee and Cocoa has become major commodities for local people. In regional perspective, potential commodities to develop in the region is Arabica Coffee and its processing products. The huge demand from export market, many companies that are willing to ccoperate with farmers, availability of coffee processing technology for small, medium and large scale industry and the development of coffee shop are all become opportunities that investors can make it.
Forestry
Bantaeng Regency is one of regencies that have huge forest resources. Total forestry area of the regency reaches 6,222 Ha, consisting of permanent production forest (2,187 Ha), Limited Production Forest (1,262 Ha) and Protection Forest (2,773 Ha). Besides various kinds of woods, forestry products that can be utilized optimally include rattan, gum resin and others.
Marine and Fishery Sector
Marine as well as fresh water fishery potencies in Bantaeng Regency is huge enough, as can be seen from the vast area of brackish water area and public water area as well as sea water area that span as long as 21,5 Km from west to east, facing Flores Sea. For capture fishery, the potencies is big enough. Kind of fish captured by fishermen include flying fish, skipjack, tenggiri, tuna, little ttuna, kembung, kerapung and other fishes. For culture fishery, total brackish water area in Bantaeng Regency reaches 135,89 Ha that produce shrimp of 124 ton/year, fish of 108,5 ton/year. Cuaca yang tidak menentu akhir-akhir ini mengusik Black Community and Black In News of Bonthain untuk mencari tahu apa yang sedang terjadi di luar sana. Berangkatlah dari rumah menuju beberapa titik sudut kota Bantaeng yang kira-kira rawan pengaruh cuaca buruk. Lokasi pertama yang didatangi adalah Pantai Lamalaka, di sepanjang tanggul pemecah ombak yang berjejer di bibir pantai Lamalaka, nampak dengan jelas ombak menyapu tembok tanggul tersebut. Dari hasil pantauan lapangan, dapat diperkirakan ketinggian ombak mencapai 1 meter pada bibir pantai. Disertai angin kencang dari arah Laut Flores, menambah kencang arus bawah laut membawa ombak menuju daratan. Pengendara yang melewati jalan Negara (Poros Bulukumba-Bantaeng-Makassar) terlihat sangat hati-hati melewati jalan yang tak jauh dari sisi Pantai Lamalaka.
Kondisi ini mamat berpengaruh terhadap Black Car Community yang melintas di sekitar titik tersebut. Sehingga Black Motor Community harus ekstra hati-hati. Betapa tidak, angin kencang menghempas kendaraan dapat berakibat pada kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tak kurang dari kendaraan yang lalu lalang, terhempas diseret angin hingga ke pinggir jalan di sebelahnya. Khususnya bagi pengendara sepeda motor, helm beterbangan membuat Black Motor Community di belakangnya harus berhenti seketika guna menghindari tabrakan beruntun.
Dari Pantai Lamalaka menyusuri pesisir Kampung Tompong, ombak yang menyapu tanggul semakin tinggi. Akibatnya beberapa bagian tanggul jebol akibat hantaman ombak besar. Perjalanan pun berlanjut hingga Pantai Seruni dan kondisi yang sama tetap ditemui di sepanjang pantai. Di kejauhan, tampak kapal Cargo singgah di perairan Bantaeng menghindar dari derasnya arus Laut Flores. Perairan Bantaeng sudah menjadi langganan transportasi laut ini saat kondisi laut tidak menentu untuk menjadi tempat perlindungan yang aman sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan menuju dan dari Makassar serta wilayah Kepulauan Indonesia Timur lainnya.

Kondisi sama terjadi pula di daratan Bantaeng, tepatnya di seputaran kota Bantaeng. Pusat kota Bantaeng berada tak jauh dari laut. Pada sisi utarannya, sekitar 2-3 Kilometer adalah wilayah pegunungan membentang hingga Gunung Lompobattang. Pusat kota pun ikut kena imbas hantaman angin kencang dari Laut Flores. Seperti tampak pada gambar yang berhasil diambil Tim Lapangan, kapal mulai berlindung di perairan Bantaeng.

Kondisi ini mesti diantisipasi secepatnya. Di samping Takalar, Sinjai dan Selayar, Bantaeng sudah menjadi langganan lokasi rawan bencana di pesisir wilayar Selatan Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Beberapa bencana alam yang sering melanda Bantaeng Butta Toa (Bonthain) antara lain :
1. Banjir tahunan
2. Banjir tiap 5 tahun sekali
3. Abrasi pantai akibat ombak besar disertai angin kencang
4. Angin Ribut
5. Kebakaran
Dari sekian bencana tersebut di atas, yang paling sering menelan korban jiwa adalah bencana yang sifatnya disebabkan oleh air, baik banjir akibat luapan air sungai maupun hantaman air laut yang bertemu dengan banjir dari daratan. Sekiranya minggu ini tidka begitu besar pengaruh dari ombak tersebut. Hal ini terjadi karena pada perairan Bantaeng hingga laut lepas di sepanjang Laut Flores tidak dalam kondisi Pasang Laut. Peringatan Dini telah dikeluarkan Badan Meteorologi dan Geofisika seperti dikutip di halaman portal BMG, wilayah Sulawesi Selatan rawan di awal tahun 2010 ini.
Olehnya, Bantaeng khususnya mesti segera mengambil tindakan antisipasi dengan menyiagakan Tim Siaga Bencana. Tim-tim sukarelawan bersama masyarakat umum mesti siaga dari sekarang. Dari hulu air mengalir dari 9 sungai induk dan puluhan anak sungai. Kesemuanya mengarah kota Bantaeng. Faktor inilah yang dapat menambah besarnya debit air saat banjir melanda Bantaeng. Sehingga efek yang ditimbulkan dari banjir ini amatlah besar dan merugikan Black Community. Peristiwa banjir tahun 2001 silam bahkan memporak-porandakan Bantaeng beserta isinya. Jembatan Lembang Cina yang membelah jalan akses Makassar-Bantaeng kala itu terputus, mengakibatkan jalur transportasi Bantaeng-Bulukumba-Selayar terhenti beberapa hari. Dan tentunya berpengaruh terhadap laju perekonomian yang pada ujung-ujungnya merugikan daerah.
Harapannya, dengan antisipasi lebih awal mampu meminimalkan terjadinya korban jiwa pada khususnya dan korban materi secara umum. Namun, yang paling penting diperhatikan adalah bagaimana mengantisipasi terjadinya banjir. Melalui program Go Green Indonesia yang diaplikasikan di masing-masing daerah, diharapkan banyak program terkait menuju dalam rangka mewujudkan BONTHAIN GREEN.
